    Lyubov' Kovaleva

I read some more yesterday. I liked it. In general, it is a soft, kind humour, not malicious and not insulting. When reading the stories, you reproduce the events in your memory. It is good. I think if we had not such moments, it would be much harder for us to study in the Medical Institute. Having reached our age, me and my husband (he also graduated from the Kemerovo State Medical Institute in 1972, Faculty of Dentistry) talked many times about how we managed to overcome all the difficulties in our studies and if we could perform the "exploit" again! The moments your friends shared with you gave us strength to move forward and comprehend. I hardly believe that absolute idlers graduated from our Institute. It was a sieve or filter. Both our teachers and students worked hard to perfect their knowledge. Well! It is funny for me to read your stories, I have fun and become younger during the moments. It is even funnier if you read them with someone! All the best, I wish you success in all you do! Respectfully yours, (not only for MEMOIRS, but also for your achievements in life). I almost forgot! According to your description I also liked that you almost did not distort the stories we wrote for you. Do not worry about placing us in an awkward position before our co-students. It is not important for me. Could you make some changes? Anyway, it is "not harmful"!

Lyuba, I try to be objective and a little ironic.

Hello Oleg! I started to read your essays. It is brightly written, with love for friends and days of our youth. WELL DONE!! Don't be offended! I am a meticulous person - there are some syntactic (and some grammatical) mistakes. I think that you have correctors who will correct the texts. It will be like cutting all the "diamonds" - essays. I wish you success and a sequel to the Memoirs!!! And the most important - HEALTH to you!!! Bella. 21.08.2011

Thank you, Bella, I know my problem and I will struggle to fix it.

The message: Oleg! I repeated myself for the third time: Thanks for your existing, and I thank God for creating you, and giving you the ability and possibility to bring us back to our "crazy youth". We will always remember those who have passed away. And you made the words a reality. Go on writing, Konstantin Romashov "Young".

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.23

Kostya, I will repeat one million times that I loved your Zhen'ka and I will always remember him.

    Dear Oleg!
All your work turned out to be beautiful and interesting. I read like being bewitched by a fantastic novel, and could not tear himself away from the book though it was already 3 o'clock in the morning and a dawn rose over Berlin. Especially, I liked the story happened in the dining room, all is true and described in brief that I even imagined the student's dining room. Why we were constantly hungry in our youth? I see the satisfied life of students of the West and it is beyond all comparison. The design of your work is just magnificent, it is very punctual, stage by stage and exact. Thanks, Oleg!

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.21

Yakov, you are exactly right that students of "our time" always were hungry for some reason and it made them inventive, active and such remarkable as my heroes. It is you, I need to thank, Yakov.

    Lidiya

Hello Oleg! I read Your memoirs without a pause. When reading I felt I was 40 years younger. It is impossible to forget the choir with a "singer" Solmayer, at first Slava Sizikov (when we were postgraduate students, we were in the same group), Agadzhanyan (played for the Institute volleyball team) and many other things come to mind. Thank you very much for the opportunity to return to the days of our youth at least for a short period of time. I wish you a strong health and creative success! I hope for continuation. Lydia.

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.18

Lidiya, I am very glad that it was pleasant to you. Next week there will be new essays, read them.

Your stories easily read with interest and without a pause. Thanks. And me and our guys were carrying out the coffin of T.F.Ryzhkov, I do not remember with whom, but we all were wearing military uniforms. Shmalts had a nickname of Leshy. Unfortunately, he was killed in a car crash soon after our 10 th anniversary. Misha Belousov came to visit his children in a pioneer camp and was drowned in the lake there.

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.11

May the souls of all our deceased co-students rest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

    Boris Gorban'

    Good evening, Oleg!
I have read all your opuses... Wonderful, we will never forget our student's years... Where could we meet such unique associate professor, as Golubev with his public outlook of Gegel... The story about a small carafe at the exam is already a student's classic and it seemed to be repeated many times... Only the story about bus route 8 is unique, in those years I used to take the bus repeatedly to get to the Yagunovka clinic where I had an extra job as an intern. It is a pity that I have not met my other half with a big bag there...
However we cannot live without humor in this world.... Sometimes I am even proud of the Kemerovo State Medical Institute... How many wonderful people and specialists graduated from the Institute.... I am happy for you... Write and be well!

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.06

Boris, thank you very much for your comment. I would like to say that it is God's will to be in the right place and at the right time! I was there and I am very happy!

With pleasure I read your memoirs. I really remember many of you, my tricks and funny situations, the collective farm and participation in the student festivals, our vacation in the training camp and many other things arise within me. I am from group 10 and almost all former students of our group come to our reunions and we keep our warm relations and memories. Thank you for the opportunity to return to our youth mentally.

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.04

Yadviga, thank you for your kind words.

    Alexander Slatvitsky

    Hello Oleg!
During one night I read your "Student Notes" with great pleasure. Wow! I came back to Kemerovo in the early '70s, although the events you described had happened at the end of the sixties (it feels out of context of "stories"). Familiar names, similar situations, and the unforgettable charm of our young years with their joys and disappointments, discoveries and losses.
On our third year Anatoly Muhordov was our leader on potato harvesting at the state farm Elykaevo, we had some adventures there. And his younger brother Lesha was my fellow student. Larisa Mirkina was my wife in 1977-78. So, here, it is so interesting how our lives were interwoven - Brownian motion that eludes any logic or governance.
Wishing you good health and success. My hugs!
    Sincerely yours,
    Alexander Slatvitsky.

    Oleg Syedyshev : 2011.08.02

Hello Alexander, Thank you for your comment. I am glad you enjoyed it. Keep reading, I will continue to write as much as possible.
